Disconnecting and reconnecting DoubleAgent and FreeAgent

Disconnecting DoubleAgent and FreeAgent

If you no longer want DoubleAgent to have access your FreeAgent account, you can disconnect them as follows.

If you want to keep your DoubleAgent account

  • Open FreeAgent.
  • Go to SettingsApproved Applications.
  • Click the Revoke Access button for DoubleAgent.

That's it — DoubleAgent can no longer access your FreeAgent. You still have all your DoubleAgent data, and you can reconnect to FreeAgent later if you wish (see below).

If you have subscribed to DoubleAgent, your subscription is cancelled and there won't be any further payments.

If you don't want to keep your DoubleAgent account

  • Open DoubleAgent.
  • Go to SettingsAccount.
  • Click the Delete your account button.

At this point DoubleAgent can no longer access your FreeAgent, and your DoubleAgent account is deleted.

If you have subscribed to DoubleAgent, your subscription is cancelled and there won't be any further payments.

Reconnecting DoubleAgent and FreeAgent

If you have disconnected your DoubleAgent account from FreeAgent, but you want to reconnect it, this is how:

  • Log out of DoubleAgent.
  • Click the Start my free trial button.
  • Log in to your FreeAgent account and click the button to allow DoubleAgent to access your FreeAgent account.

That's it — your DoubleAgent account will be reconnected to FreeAgent.
