These are where you have recently paid for something from your business account, but the transaction hasn't had time to reach FreeAgent yet.
Once you have uploaded your receipt photo and set the receipt's amount, fill in the explanation fields as normal. When you press the Explain button, DoubleAgent will start watching FreeAgent, waiting for the transaction to appear in your bank feed (which can take a couple of days).
As soon as the transaction appears, DoubleAgent will explain it and attach your receipt photo.
Please note that if you have two pending-transaction receipts for the same amount, you should upload the older one first.
Example
Here I have just paid for lunch from my business account, and photographed the receipt at the till.
I have filled in the Description and set the Category. Once I click the Explain button, DoubleAgent will start watching for the transaction to appear in FreeAgent. When it does eventually appear, DoubleAgent will explain it accordingly and attach the receipt.
DoubleAgent will also send me an email notification to tell me when it has explained the transaction, because I have ticked the 'Send a notification?' box.

First we need to connect your FreeAgent account.
When you click the button, DoubleAgent will send you to FreeAgent.
FreeAgent will ask you to log in and whether to allow DoubleAgent to access your account.
You need to have access to the tax, accounting & users level in FreeAgent. If you are your FreeAgent account owner, you are all set.
If your change your mind later, you can disconnect DoubleAgent like this:
On FreeAgent's Connections → Approved Applications page, click the Revoke Access button for DoubleAgent.
